Buzzing Rap Artist OnCue is thrilled to announce his latest EP, a sonically appealing project entitled You Knew All Along.  The EP is being released today via Just Blaze’s Rebel Base Industries Label and is available at all digital retailers.  The project includes flawless production from Brenton Duval, CRWN, Mike Kuz, Maki, Alex Lustig, and more.  It also includes two recently released tracks titled “SIP” and “On and Off”.  “SIP”, a playfully boastful, feel-good record, was premiered in October with Billboard. “On and Off”, a more melodic and seductive ode, was released earlier this week.  The EP also features the popular record 3AM” which has garnered over 100K plays on Spotify.

You Knew All Along is OnCue’s first full-length project since 2014’s Angry Young Man and is a compilation of OnCue’s most successful pre-released music including two recently released buzzed-about tracks “On and Off” and “SIP”.  The EP is filled with OnCue’s diverse artistry and showcases his niche ability to transition between gritty hardcore rapping to passionate crooning.  OnCue has received acclaim from the likes of Billboard, Complex, Respect Magazine, Hot New Hip Hop, and more.   When asked about the project, OnCue told Respect Magazine, ““I started off making these songs during the mixing process of Perfectly, Tragically Flawed and I fell in love with them.  They deserved a home on an official body of work.  I felt “Sip” and “On and Off” would round out the project to perfectly segway into PTF.”

About OnCue

OnCue, a NYC based Hip-Hop artist, is known for his effortless genre blending style and his ability to mix thoughtful lyrics with catchy, melodic beats and vocal styling. It was precisely these qualities that caught the eye of legendary producer Just Blaze who signed OnCue to his Rebel Base Industries label.  The two instantly clicked and began a collaboration which resulted in OnCue's 2014 album, Angry Young Man. Entitled after the famous Billy Joel song, Angry Young Man detailed exactly what Joel intended - the story of a working class kid trying to make it no matter what; the underdog who never gives up. Personal stories of a broken home, drug addiction, and the trials and tribulations of growing up are recurring themes throughout the 12-song set.  Most recently, OnCue has been keeping busy releasing music for his fans and gearing up for the highly anticipated release of You Knew All Along.  He premiered the aesthetically appealing visuals to his buzzed about track “3AM’ in October 2016.  Since then, he has been consistently been premiering music with outlets such as Billboard and Respect Magazine.  The release of You Knew All Along will serve as a catalyst for 2017’s Perfectly, Tragically Flawed which is executive produced by notable producer Just Blaze.  The combination of his honest, true-to-life artistry and his passion and dedication to his craft delivers all of the makings of a rising hip-hop icon.

Harlem world rapper Huddy Combs (no relation to Diddy) died yesterday in a car accident. Apparently he was driving on the George Washington Bridge with a female and his car hit a tractor trailer truck. He was dead at the scene of the accident. Diddy tweeted about it too. From what I heard, Huddy was a best friend of Cam and Mase from back in the days. He was the dude that got Cam’ron to the hospital when he got shot in 2005. He was also a rapper in Mase’s short lived group Harlem World. RIP.

”My man here saved my life,” -Cam'ron said.
