Meg Myers arrives with her brooding and powerful visuals for her song, "Jealous Sea," premiering exclusively on Refinery29.

The video was directed by Clara Aranovich, who also directed the video for "Numb", and sees Meg walking the streets of Los Angeles at night, as she slowly embraces her inner powers and wild side.  Clara elaborated on the visuals- "Anyone who’s seen Meg perform live can attest that she has incredible presence; it’s as if she becomes someone or something else all together, as if she’s channeling odd forces. For JEALOUS SEA, I was compelled to make something that showcases this side of Meg, this power she has, a power I feel all women secretly hold."

In an interview with Refinery29, Meg elaborated on the visuals, saying, "In a way it’s not the opposite of ‘Numb’ but kind of is because it’s the many sides of Meg. It just felt like i could get really weird with it and show another side, the crazy side."  About the song, Meg told Refinery29 - "I wrote this song originally a few years ago. I had a fiancé at the time. He was on tour. We were both struggling with jealousy, so it was kind of about both of us. Because I was either on the road or he was on the road and we were both really jealous. I definitely needed to release it."

Meg Myers has much to celebrate with her sophomore album ‘Take Me To The Disco’ (300 Entertainment). Following release, the sprawling 12-song set has earned glowing reviews from Associated Press, NPR, The New York Times, and UPROXX, who called the set the "work of an artist that has looked at herself in the mirror and dared to examine her past.". With its impressive first week sales, the album also debuts at #5 on Billboard’s Current Alternative Chart, #6 on their Current Rock Chart and #18 on the Current Album Chart, a new career high. Meg also lands at #8 on the Emerging Artists Chart, her first appearance on the metric.
